 Hey Media Study Crew, welcome back to the blog of the day. Today I will be reflecting and talking about my commercial and the process. I learned how to use various types of technology in the process of making my commercial. One of these included the features and functions of my phone. Although, I along with many others are constantly on our phones, doesn't mean we know all the features they can do. When I use my phone it is for typical things like calling, texting, watching videos, or looking things up. When making my commercial I learned the more in depth the features my phone was capable of. For example, I found out easier ways to crop videos on my phones and different shortcut features available to me. Along with features on my phone I learned how to use CapCut. Like I have stated in previous blogs, I have used CapCut before. Therefore, I was slightly familiarized with the app, but no completely. Whats new media study crew! This is my final production blog towards to completion of my commercial. Today in this blog I wanted to talk about the finishing touches and tweaking of my commercial. What I mean by this is simply the ending things that I am doing/have done to complete my commercial. This consist of changing any previous changes on my commercial, completing it, and overall reviewing it.  I started by reviewing my previous recent changes to my video and seeing if I was happy with them. I didn't end up tweaking too much, but I did change up a few things. For example, I did not like one of the transitions from one picture to another. I didn't want to have to restart and switch up the whole commercial, so I easily swapped it out with another one.  Perfection in my eyes is key to everything. It doesn't matter how small the project is or how large, it must be perfect. I also very slightly tweaked where the audio was on one of the parts of the commercial. This was only

So far I have chosen the audios and pictures, and have began to play around with the app. I started to use the features on the app like I stated in the last blog, and now feel like I have became a pro at it.  Using different effects or moving pictures around has become a second nature for me. I use the app with speed and agility when changing and tweaking parts of my video.  Although I have already chosen the media, I wanted to review it and really make sure that these best suit me. That allows me to go through the process of reflecting on myself. Because we have to consolidate the commercial into so little pictures, it is hard for me to choose the best ones. I could choose hundreds of pictures that I feel show every aspect of me. Hello Media Study Crew, welcome back to the blog of the day! So far I have imported the pictures, media, and have began to play around with the audio. Today I went further in depth with the placement of the audios alongside the media. Along with that I started to touch on any of the effects and filters to see if I wanted to add any to my commercial.  After choosing the audios that I felt best represented me I moved on to importing them. I then continued onto choosing which one I wanted to put first or if I wanted to try to blend them. I used a slight amount of time just mix matching the audios and seeing the way I liked it best. I chose the more upbeat parts for some of my videos that showed the social fun side of me. On the other hand I used the more slower pats of the songs to show me growing up, and more sentimental stuff.  I was already finished playing around with the pictures and videos but I did slightly move them around to match the audios.  I adjusted the lengths of the audios

 Whats going on media studies crew! I have began my commercial and want to share the process so far with you guys! I would like to begin first off to share about the app that I am using which is called Capcut. After putting my pictures into the app I began playing around with the order of the pictures and videos. I am slightly informed about this and how to use this app but not completely. I have used this app before for previous videos, assignments, projects, etc. I first started to play around with the app and get familiar with the tools. I tried to use the text tool, importing audios, and some of the filters to enhance my pictures.  I became more familiar and started to import the pictures I wanted to use. Before choosing the app CapCut, I was thinking of some other options. Some of the other apps that I was considering to use were apps like Imovie, video star, etc. After sorting through all of my options I still decided to use the one that I started with, CapCut. I have began to start researching and forming my commercial about my self.  Before picking out the pictures, videos, and more I first thought about which ones I wanted to choose to best represent myself. After thinking about this, I then thought about where I wanted to find these from. Some of the options I can use these videos and pictures from are places like my photos, tiktok, instagram and more. All of these are apps that I use consistently on my phone which is where i store things that would best represent me. I also had to take into consideration on what type of pictures I wanted to use. This can include baby pictures or pictures from middle school, current ones, ones from trips, the options continued. I tried to make my media selection as diverse as possible by selecting one from each section of my life.  I believe by doing this it would best introduce myself into one commercial using a limited amount of media.  I began to scroll through my albums on my ph

     Whats up, media study crew my name is Owen Goldfond and my birthday is in November which makes me a big scorpio. To expand on that I am very proud to be a scorpio, this makes me emotional. secretive at times, loyal to the people I love, and ambitious.  Something else about me that makes up  a big part of my life is my job. I work at a place called Fuzzys Taco Shop and I am currently the Front of House manager. I have been at this job for almost a year now and it has given me a lot of different opportunities to learn and experience many different situations. I feel like the most important skill that I have obtained from this job is my patients. If you guys know anything about working in the service industry is that a lot of customers give workers attitude for no absolute reason. From the time I started to now I can definitely see an improvement on how I respond to situations like these.
